For Machined component Division-II, During Annual Inventory count, we suggest & use a typical Kanban card. We develop a typical Kanban card for entire inventory available at various stages throughout the shop.

We followed step by step approach of Kanban implementation as,

• Team formation & brought Awareness of Kanban Card among employees.
• Shift supervisor will be the point of contact for issue & receipt of Kanban cards.
• Whenever any worker is receiving a Component, then he has to keep the attached Kanban card with him & on completion of said operation. He will put a New Kanban card.
• Kanban cards & its various colors: Green cards for Raw materials, Yellow cards for WIP Items, Red cards for Item discarded/ Scrap, White cards for Finished Goods Items.
